Botfolio provides AI-powered tools that help users automate spreadsheet tasks, generate formulas, perform data analysis, and convert files between supported formats. All outputs are generated automatically and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated results for any purpose.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

To use Botfolio, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Our Services are intended for users aged 13 and older.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities.
• Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized automation scripts.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Use the Service in violation of data protection, export, or sanctions laws.
• Conduct security testing or penetration attempts without written consent.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload (“User Content”). You grant Botfolio a limited, worldwide license to process and display that content solely for providing and improving the Service. You confirm that you have all rights necessary to upload and use such content.

5. AI Outputs

Botfolio’s AI features generate automated “Outputs.” Where legally possible, we assign our rights in these Outputs to you. However, we cannot guarantee exclusivity or freedom from third-party rights. You are responsible for verifying Outputs before using them in production or decision-making contexts.

6. Data Processing & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. AI queries are processed only to return responses unless you explicitly opt in to improvement programs.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You authorize recurring billing through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. Prices and features may change with notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion for verified technical issues that prevent normal use within a supported environment.

8. Intellectual Property

The Botfolio name, logo, and content—including design elements, text, and software—are protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service and all Outputs are provided “as is.” Botfolio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes from using AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botfolio and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or lost profits. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to class-action participation or jury trial.
